送受信されるメールには、お名前・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容が含まれます。これらはメールの配信および送信履歴の管理のため、Resendのサーバー（米国）において一定期間（同社の定める保持期間。現時点で約30日間）保管された後、削除されます。The emails sent and received contain your name, email address, and message. To deliver them and manage sending history, they are retained on Resend’s servers (in the United States) for a limited period (per Resend’s retention policy, currently about 30 days) and are then deleted.

この委託に伴い、お客様の個人情報は外国（米国）にあるサーバーで取り扱われます。当社は、委託先において個人情報が適切に取り扱われるよう、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。Through this outsourcing, your personal information is handled on servers located outside Japan (in the United States).
