情報セキュリティ基本方針Information Security Policy
株式会社Alpharium（以下「当社」といいます）は、お客様からお預かりする情報および当社の情報資産を事業活動における重要な財産と認識し、その機密性・完全性・可用性を維持するため、以下のとおり情報セキュリティ基本方針を定め、組織的に情報セキュリティの確保に取り組みます。Alpharium Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) treats the information entrusted to us by clients, and our own information assets, as vital to our business. To preserve their confidentiality, integrity, and availability, we establish this Information Security Basic Policy and pursue information security as an organization.
1. 基本理念1. Basic Principle
当社は、情報資産を様々な脅威から保護することが社会的責務であると認識し、役員および全従業者が一体となって情報セキュリティの維持・向上に努めます。We recognize that protecting information assets from various threats is a social responsibility, and our directors and all personnel work together to maintain and improve information security.
2. 適用範囲2. Scope
本方針は、当社が取り扱う全ての情報資産、ならびにこれらを取り扱う全ての役員・従業者および業務委託先に適用します。This policy applies to all information assets we handle, and to all directors, personnel, and subcontractors who handle them.
3. 管理体制3. Management Structure
当社は、情報セキュリティに関する管理体制を整備し、責任者を定めたうえで、情報資産の適切な管理と継続的な運用を行います。We establish a management structure for information security, appoint a responsible person, and manage and operate our information assets appropriately on an ongoing basis.
4. 法令・規範の遵守4. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
当社は、情報セキュリティに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範、および契約上の義務を遵守します。We comply with laws and regulations concerning information security, government guidelines and other norms, and our contractual obligations.
5. 従業者の教育5. Education & Training
当社は、役員および全従業者に対し、情報セキュリティの重要性を周知し、必要な教育・啓発を継続的に実施します。We make all directors and personnel aware of the importance of information security and provide the necessary training and awareness activities on a continuing basis.
6. 委託先の管理6. Subcontractor Management
当社は、業務を外部に委託する場合、委託先に対して当社と同等の情報セキュリティ水準を求め、適切に監督します。When we outsource work, we require subcontractors to maintain a level of information security equivalent to our own, and we supervise them appropriately.
7. インシデントへの対応7. Incident Response
当社は、情報セキュリティ上の事故の未然防止に努めるとともに、万一事故が発生した場合には速やかに対応し、被害を最小限に留めるとともに、再発防止に努めます。We work to prevent information security incidents, and should one occur, we respond promptly to minimize the damage and act to prevent recurrence.
8. 継続的改善8. Continual Improvement
当社は、本方針および情報セキュリティ対策を定期的に見直し、継続的な改善を図ります。We review this policy and our information security measures regularly and pursue continual improvement.
